SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 2026
Secure your place among the visionaries. Follow the steps below to submit your masterpiece for India’s most prestigious architectural distinction.
1. ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY
To champion innovation and ensure that pure talent takes center stage, there is no registration fee or entry investment required. Submissions are entirely free, judged solely on merit, design excellence, and innovation.
2. MANDATORY SUBMISSION DOSSIER
To provide the Jury with a comprehensive understanding of your work, please prepare a digital folder (ZIP) containing the following:
A. Project Concept Note: A 300–500 word narrative describing the design philosophy, site challenges, and the unique solutions implemented.
B. Visual Portfolio: 5 to 10 High-Resolution images (JPEG/TIFF). Include interior, exterior, and detailed “hero” shots.
C. Technical Drawings: Basic floor plans, sections, and elevations (PDF format) to demonstrate spatial intelligence.
D. Architect Profile: A brief biography and a high-resolution professional headshot.
E. Proof of Completion: Projects must have been completed between January 2022 and March 2026.
3. THE SUBMISSION PROCESS
Step 1: Digital Registration – Click the [APPLY NOW] button to fill out your firm details and select your categories. Upon registration, you will receive a unique Entry ID via email.
Step 2: Document Upload – Upload your completed Submission Dossier (ZIP folder) directly to our secure portal, or email it to [email id] with your Entry ID clearly stated in the subject line.
